What we collect

Only what you submit

When you submit an RFQ or a capacity listing we collect the fields on that form: your organisation, a named contact, business contact details, and the commercial and technical details of the requirement or the capacity.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of visitors who do not submit anything.

How we use it

To operate the book

Submissions are used to qualify the record, match demand with capacity, issue quotes and contact you about that specific record. Aggregate market statistics may be published, but never in a form that identifies you or your commercial terms.

Power cost and any field marked private are held internally and are not shown on the public book.

For access, correction or deletion of anything you have submitted, write to privacy@macomx.com from the address used on the submission. The data controller is H&N Labs Pte. Ltd., Singapore.

Notice

MACOMX will never ask you for a password, payment details or credentials by email. This site does not take payment and has no customer wallet or settlement account.
